This 40 year old woman presented wishing to have improvement in the shape and symmetry of her large, sagging breasts. The right breast was larger than the left breast. This made finding well supporting and fitting bras especially difficult. She liked the size of the smaller left breast and desired to reduce the right breast and lift both breasts. She underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts) and right breast reduction to correct the asymmetry and improve the overall appearance of her breasts. She is shown before surgery and approximately 6 weeks post-op. Her bra size changed from D/DD+ uneven Cup size to an even D Cup size.
