This is a 26 year old mother of two children who wanted smaller and more lifted breasts. She had experienced an increase in her breast size and sagging of the breasts with each pregnancy. She underwent bilateral reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) and bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
