This is a 36 year old mother of three children who developed skin and muscle laxity of the abdomen following multiple pregnancies.  She also had a developmental atrophy of the soft tissues of the left lower extremity, which accentuated the fullness in the left waist.  She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the waist (flanks), back and bra line.  She is shown before surgery and only three weeks post-op!
