34 year old woman presented with the desire to have a more sculpted body and fuller buttocks. She also desired fuller breasts with greater breast projection. She underwent breast correction with modification of the breast pockets and exchange of the breast implants for larger and higher profile ones. She also underwent liposculpture of the torso and BBL. She is shown about 12 months post-op.
