This 47 year old mother of three children who wished to have improvement in her breasts and body. She had an abdominal apron that covered her pubis and a prominent vertical c-section scar from mid-lower abdomen to the pubis. She also wished to have contouring of fatty deposits on her flanks and back. Finally, she wanted full, rounded, and more lifted breasts.

She underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lift), extended abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, and fat grafting of the lower buttocks. She also underwent scar revision of deep scars of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
