This 39-year-old mother of two gained and lost a significant amount of weight and developed a hanging abdominal apron and marked skin laxity throughout the abdomen and flanks. She underwent extended abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat-grafting for buttock shaping. She is shown before surgery and 2 months after surgery.
