This 25-year-old patient had previous body contouring surgery and breast augmentation performed by another plastic surgeon. She was not satisfied with the breast or body shape and presented for secondary surgery to refine her results.

She underwent revision breast augmentation with larger implants and right breast pocket modification. She also underwent liposculpture and fat grafting of the buttocks for shaping. She is shown before surgery and six weeks after surgery.
