This 33 year old woman presented after noticing significant changes to her body following multiple pregnancies. She wished to have a flatter abdomen, narrower waist, and fuller and more lifted buttocks. She underwent liposuction of the waist, back, bra-line, outer thighs, inner thighs, fat-grafting of the buttocks (“Brazilian butt lift), and full abdominoplasty. She also underwent breast augmentation with silicone gel implants in combination with breast lift (mastopexy).
