This is a 48 year old woman who previously has breast augmentation surgery but now wanted to have her breast implants removed (to achieve a smaller cup size) and to have the breasts lifted. She also wanted body contouring, especially of the abdomen and waist.

She underwent liposculpture of the abdomen, flanks, and back as well as breast implant removal and mastopexies (breast lift surgery). She is shown before surgery and about four weeks post-op.
