This is a 53 year old man who wished to improve the appearance of his face.  He wished to look less tired and to have a less drooping appearance of his lower face, neck and eyelids.  He underwent full facelift, necklift, endoscopic brow lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasties.  He is shown before surgery and only three weeks post-op!
