This is a 35 year old man who wished to have a stronger chin contour.  In profile photos he was not happy with the appearance of his weak chin and poor jawline.  He underwent chin augmentation with an extended, anatomical silastic (soft silicone) chin implant placed through a hidden incision inside the mouth.  He is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
