This is a 58 year old mother of two children who wished to have smaller and more lifted breasts, a flatter abdomen, and a better contoured body. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and breast lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, and fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about three months post-op.
