This is a 33 year old mother of two children who had undergone previous breast augmentation with 400cc saline implants over ten years previously.  She now presented wishing to have fuller breasts, a flatter abdomen, and body contouring to improve the waist, bra line, and buttocks.  She underwent replacement of her old 400cc breast implants with 500cc implants.  She also had full abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat grafting of the buttocks.  She is shown before surgery and five months post-op.
