This is an 18 year old young man who wished to have improvement in the shape of his nose.  He felt that his nasal tip was too wide and droopy, and he preferred to have a straighter nasal dorsum rather than a convex one.  He had full open rhinoplasty.  He is shown before surgery and about 18 months post-op.  A minor revision was performed in the office under local anesthesia to achieve maximal improvement.
