This is a 27 year old young lady who wished to have improvement in the shape of her nose, which she felt was not aesthetically pleasing to her because of a very prominent dorsal hump and a wide and drooping nasal tip. She wished to have rhinoplasty to reduce the hump and to raise and narrow the nasal tip to create a more youthful and more feminine nasal shape. She had full open rhinoplasty and is shown before surgery and 18 months post-op.
