This is a 47 year old woman with a prominent nasal dorsal hump and overly-projecting (“sticks out too much”) and drooping nasal tip.  She wished to have rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a “prettier” and more well-balanced nose.  She is shown before surgery and four months post-op.
