This is a 46 year old woman who presented wanted to have rhinoplasty. She wished to correct the asymmetry of her nose and make the tip less wide and less droopy. She also wished to correct the slight bridge hump. She wished to appear younger and more feminine. She is shown before surgery and 6 months after full open-rhinoplasty surgery.
