This is a 48 year old woman who had nasal trauma and rhinoplasty in another country when she was much younger. She was not happy with the results of the previous rhinoplasty. The nasal tip appeared very “pinched” and droopy, and she also had irregularities of the bridge of the nose. She underwent secondary rhinoplasty to correct these deformities using ear cartilage as grafts to reconstruct the collapsed nasal tip and to refine the bridge of the nose. She is shown before surgery and three months post-op.
