This is a 44 year old mother of two children who wished to have a Mommy Makeover. She wanted fuller and more lifted breasts, a flatter abdomen, and contouring with liposuction and fat grafting. She underwent full abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, fat grafting of the hips and buttocks, breast augmentation with round demi style 320cc Motiva implants, and mastopexy (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op!
