This is a 42 year old mother of four who wished to have body contouring. She had developed a significant abdominal skin apron (panniculus) and fatty deposits of the back and waist. She underwent full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the back and waist, She is shown before surgery and only three weeks post-op!
