This is a 51 year old mother of three children who had undergone previous body contouring by another plastic surgeon in the form of breast augmentation, liposuction and abdominoplasty. She wanted improvement in her shape and underwent refinement contouring of her body in the form of liposuction and fat grafting of the hips and buttocks. She is shown before surgery and five weeks post-op.
