This is a 35 year old mother of one child who wished to have body contouring to correct loose, sagging skin of the abdomen and lift the sagging lateral thighs and buttocks. She also wished to have a more slender waist and fuller buttocks. She underwent extended abdominoplasty, lower body lift, liposuction of the flanks, and fat grafting of the buttocks.
