This is a 67 year old woman with no children who developed fat maldistribution and skin sagging in multiple areas of her body, including the abdomen,arms, thighs, and breasts. She initially underwent liposuction with abdominoplasty, lower body lift, and breast reduction and lift, She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
