This is a 58 year old mother of two children who wished to have smaller and more lifted breasts, a flatter abdomen, and a better contoured body. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and breast lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, and fat grafting of the buttocks.
