This is a 47 year old mother one one child who wished to have a Mommy Makeover. She underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with silicone gel implants placed beneath the pectoralis muscles. She also underwent liposuction and full abdominoplasty. She is seen before surgery and about six months post-op.
