This is a 42 year old mother of one child who gained and then lost significant amounts of weight, which left her breasts deflated and drooping and also changed the shape of her body significantly. She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts, a flatter abdomen, and slimmer waist. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants and mastopexies (breast lift), full abdominoplasty, lower body lift, and liposuction.
