This is a 42 year old mother of two children who wished to have a Mommy Makeover. She had experienced changes to her body and breasts after multiple pregnancies, including laxity of the skin and muscle of the abdomen, fatty deposits of the waist and upper back, contour depressions of the hips and buttocks, and sagging breasts. She underwent full Mommy Makeover (abdominoplasty, liposuction, fat grafting of the hips and buttocks, and breast augmentation and lift). She is shown before surgery and six months post-op.
