Patient Details

This 41-year-old patient underwent multiple previous unsuccessful aesthetic breast surgeries by other surgeons. She presented with poor breast scars, boxy breast shape, and high positioned and encapsulated breast implants, which the patient wanted to be removed and not replaced. The breasts also had an unnatural “operated” look from the malposition of the implants relative to her breast tissue.She underwent removal of her breast implants and bilateral total capsulectomies. She also underwent secondary mastopexies and breast scar revisions where possible. She is shown before surgery and just 6 weeks post-op.
