This 58-year-old patient wished to have an improvement in the appearance of her breasts and body. She was not happy with the shape and volume asymmetry of the breasts as well as the breast droop. She wished to have liposuction of the flanks and back as well as correction of redundant skin and fat of the abdomen and prominent lower abdomen vertical surgical scar. She wanted to have the breasts lifted and made more symmetrical (right breast was larger).

She underwent abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and bra-line, bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts) and right breast reduction. She is shown before surgery and just three weeks post-op!
