This is a 41 year old mother of four children who desired to have abdominoplasty and body contouring surgery. Although she is very athletic and physically fit, she could neither improve the loose, sagging skin of her abdomen nor achieve a more curvy figure through exercise and dieting alone. She underwent full abdominoplasty, liposuction of her back and waist, and fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and 4 months post-op. She loves her new tight body!
