Breast Augmentation

This is a 39 year old mother of two who had a complicated postoperative course with her previous plastic surgeon, who performed bilateral breast lift surgery. During her recovery she developed large open wounds of the breasts, leading to extensive scarring of the lower half of each breast. On consulting with me, she expressed that she was not pleased with the shape or the volume of her breasts.

She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Motiva RSD 285cc and 265cc implants for the left and right breasts, respectively. She also underwent bilateral mastopexy. Although it was not possible to remove all of the scarring from the previous surgery, her breasts were now the shape and size that she desired. She also was more symmetrical in shape and volume with the new implants. She is shown before surgery and four weeks post-op. No complications have occurred during her recovery!

This is a 30 year old mother of two who wished to have fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with 345cc Allergan gel implants placed in submuscular pockets. She is shown before surgery and only 6 weeks post-op.

This is a 41 year old mother of one who wished to have fuller breasts. She had experienced volume loss and "drooping" of her breasts following pregnancy. She selected a 380cc RSD profile Motiva implant placed in a subfascial pocket for her augmentation. She is shown before surgery and only three weeks post-op.

This is a 39 year old mother of two who developed volume loff and drooping (ptosis) of her breasts following pregnancies. She expressed a desire to have fuller and more lifted breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation in subfascial pockets with 415cc SRF profile silicone gel implants as well as bilateral full mastopexy (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
