This is a 58 year old mother who desired to have fuller breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 310cc moderate profile gel implant for the left (slightly smaller) breast and 295cc moderate profile gel implant for the right breast.  She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op!
