This is a 53 year old with advanced skin laxity and drooping of the arms and fat maldistribution of the arms. She wished to have contour improvement of the arms by liposuction in combination with arms lift (brachioplasty). She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.

This is a 52 year old woman with bilateral "bat wing" deformities of the arms who wished to have tighter and more slender arms. She underwent bilateral arms liposuction and brachioplasty. She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op, the scar is very “fresh” and will mature and fade over time.
