Breast Lift

This is a 33 year old mother of three children who had massive weight loss. As a consequence of pregnancies and weight loss, she experienced volume loss and drooping of her breasts. She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.

This is a 39 year old mother of two who presented with marked asymmetry in shape of her augmented breasts and recent imaging confirmation of ruptured right silicone gel implant. Her goals were to remove the implants and have no new implants and to correct the shape asymmetry. She underwent explantation of a right ruptured 280cc gel implant and left intact 260cc gel implant. Total capsulectomies were performed. No new implants were placed. She underwent bilateral full anchor mastopexy to correct the drooping, poor shape, and asymmetry. She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.

This is a 44 year old woman with three children and developed advanced sagging of her breasts over time. She underwent bilateral full-anchor mastopexy (breast lift) and is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op.

This is a 39 year old mother of two who had a complicated postoperative course with her previous plastic surgeon, who performed bilateral breast lift surgery. During her recovery she developed large open wounds of the breasts, leading to extensive scarring of the lower half of each breast. On consulting with me, she expressed that she was not pleased with the shape or the volume of her breasts.

She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Motiva RSD 285cc and 265cc implants for the left and right breasts, respectively. She also underwent bilateral mastopexy. Although it was not possible to remove all of the scarring from the previous surgery, her breasts were now the shape and size that she desired. She also was more symmetrical in shape and volume with the new implants. She is shown before surgery and four weeks post-op. No complications have occurred during her recovery!

This is a 36 year old mother of two who had developed sagging breasts, an abdominal apron, loose abdomen muscles, and fatty deposits in the flanks, back bra line, and axillas. She underwent full Mommy Makeover with abdominoplasty, liposuction 360, and breast lift (mastopexy). She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op!

This is a 44 year old mother of two who developed extreme sagging of her breasts after pregnancies. She underwent bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) and liposuction of the axillas. She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.

This is a 48 year old woman who had previously undergone breast augmentation and breast lift by another plastic surgeon many years previously. She was not satisfied with the aesthetic results provided by the previous plastic surgeon and expressed an interest in improving her breasts. She wished to have the breast a bit smaller, better shaped, more symmetrical, and softer and more natural in feel. Her previous augmentation was with 600cc saline implants, and she had developed capsular contractures with malposition of her implants. Her areolas were also irregularly shaped and too large.

She underwent complete revision of her breasts, including removal and replacement of the old implants with 525cc silicone round demi profile Motiva implants supported internally with Galaflex mesh. She underwent capsulectomy, and capsulorrhaphy to correct the malposition. She also underwent secondary mastopexy (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op!

This is a 27 year old young woman with no previous pregnancies who developed premature sagging of her breasts. She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and is shown before surgery and only two weeks post-op!
