This is a 44 year old mother of three children who had developed “bat wing” deformities (loose sagging skin) of the arms.  She underwent bilateral brachioplasties (arms lift) and liposuction of the arms to reduce their fullness.  She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op.  Her surgical scars will mature and fade over six to twelve months.
