This 29 year old woman had undergone breast augmentation with saline implants in the past. She presented now with the desire to have larger breasts and greater fullness in the upper and inner aspect of her breasts to give her “more cleavage”. Her old implants were removed and replaced with larger high profile silicone implants. The breast pockets were also modified to achieve greater fullness along the upper and inner aspect of her breasts and less along the outer lower portion. She is shown less than two weeks post-op
