This is a 41 year old mother of two children who experienced volume loss of the breasts following pregnancies. She wished to have fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants placed in sub-pectoral pockets through small incisions in the infra-mammary folds. She is shown before surgery and about 2 months post-op.
