This is a 40 year old mother of two who wished to have fuller breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 255cc, round, smooth, moderate profile silicone gel implants placed under the muscles.  She is shown before surgery and only two weeks post-op.  Typically, new breast implants look “high” until the chest muscles relax.  Over the course of a few weeks her implants will “settle” and look even better!
