This is a 29 year old mother of two children who developed volume loss and mild drooping of her breasts following pregnancies.  She wished to have fuller, less “deflated” looking breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 400cc, extra high profile, round, smooth, silicone gel breast implants placed under her chest muscles.  She is shown before surgery and about six months post-op.
