This is a 52 year old mother of two children who experienced volume loss and drooping of her breasts following pregnancies.  She was most bothered by the volume loss.  She wished to have fuller and firmer breasts.  She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 405cc SRM profile silicone gel implants placed in submuscular pockets.  She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op!
