This is a 36 year old mother of two children who had undergone breast augmentation in the past.  After the two pregnancies, her breasts were not as “perky” and were a bit deflated.  She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts.  She underwent secondary breast augmentation with larger saline breast implants.  The original saline implants had been filled to 400cc, and the new high profile saline implants were filled to 540cc.  Also, the new breast implants were now supported with Galaflex mesh “internal bras” to provide implant support.  She is shown before any surgery in 2008 and only one week after her secondary surgery.
