This is a 56 year old mother of two children who had developed volume loss of her breasts after pregnancies. She wished to have fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral augmentation mammaplasties with size 405cc SRM profile Allergan silicone gel implants. She is shown before surgery and 7 months post-op.
