This is a 68 year old woman who had breast augmentation many years ago. She came in because the breast shape was off. Her breasts had become droppy and asymmetrical. The old implants were falling outward onto her armpits when she would lay down. She wanted them to be similar in size but more youthful.

She underwent surgery to replace the old implants with new higher profile silicone gel implants. She also underwent adjustment of the breast pockets and bilateral breast lift. She is shown before surgery and a few weeks after surgery.
