This 32-year-old woman had previous breast augmentation. She presented with slowly worsening asymmetry in the shape of the breasts with the left breast implants becoming harder, more round, and high on the chest. The right breast was soft, but the implant has settled a bit too low and to the outside. She underwent breast correction by total capsulectomy of the left-sided high-grade capsular contracture and by correcting the low position of the right breast implant using Galaform (“internal bra”) soft tissue support. The patient is shown before surgery and about 2 weeks after surgery!
