This patient is a 49-year-old mother who, many years earlier, had undergone breast augmentation and mastopexies (by Dr. Fortes). She had been very happy with the results of her first surgery. However, she now wished to reduce her breast size to be able to be more physically active and better engage in sports activities. She underwent removal of her breast implants and secondary mastopexies. She is shown before surgery and two months after surgery.
