This 64 year old mother of two children who had breast augmentation many years before. She wanted to improve the shape of the breasts, which she thought were too droopy, and she also wanted to have smaller breasts. She underwent removal of the old breast implants and replacement with smaller implants. Her breast pockets were surgically modified so that the new implants would not fall laterally but would lie centrally on her chest. She also underwent breast lift surgery. She is shown before surgery and about 3 months post-op.
