This 44 year old woman presented with large and asymmetric breasts years after undergoing bilateral augmentation mammoplasty by another surgeon. She wished to have smaller breasts and restoration of better breast symmetry. She underwent removal of both breast implants, capsulectomies, reduction of the larger left breast, and bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). She is shown before surgery and approximately 6-8 weeks post-op.
