This 30 year old woman presented about a year after having breast augmentation surgery in Costa Rica. She was not satisfied with the augmentation results because the original implants were “too flat,” “did not give enough cleavage,” and did not give her the desired amount of fullness. She underwent removal of the original 350cc moderate profile silicone gel implants and replacement with 600cc high profile silicone gel implants. The breast pockets were modified to allow repositioning of the larger implants closer to the middle of her chest. This gave her cleavage the wanted.
