40 year old woman with remote history of bilateral breast augmentation. She presented wanting the breasts fuller and “not so far apart”. She had developed capsular contractures with lateral displacement of the original implants. She underwent removal of the old breast implants, capsulectomies, and secondary augmentation with 480cc saline implants. Her bra size changed from B-cup to full C-cup.
