This is a 51 year old woman with a remote history of breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She developed progressive capsular contracture of the left breast, leading to upward displacement of the implant and breast asymmetry. She underwent revision surgery of the breasts in the form of bilateral capsulectomies and exchange of the old 340cc saline implants with 450cc round, smooth, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants. Her breasts are now soft and symmetrical.
